We offer the first floor with the size of 150 sqm in a house with two floors of Dipl. forester Herbert Ott and his wife Elpida Ott on the edge of the village Episkopi, which was built with much love and taste. It offers a unique view of the sea and the white mountains. The village of Episkopi is 16km from Rhethymnon, a city with a rich cultural life and a beautiful old town. The wide sandy beach with restaurants and taverns is 2km only away. The village has all necessary infrastructure such as bank, hairdresser, supermarket and restaurants. The floor offered has a floor space of 150 sqm with 2 bedrooms (a total of 5 beds), one more person can be accommodated in the area of ​​the large living room. Summary: Herbert and Elpida’s house is truly beautiful, in a lovely location in the hills overlooking the sea. The house is close to a supermarket and within walking distance of a few nice tavernas. Herbert and Elpida are lovely and generous hosts and made the stay effortless. The beach at Episkopi is perfectly nice, but there are other more beautiful spots within an easy drive. We would love to return.
